Delivery/Terms

The majority of our products include free UK shipping if your order totals more than £25.

This excludes the odd item that is either extra heavy or very large in size. We could have just added the postage cost on top, but with these (clearly marked) items we decided to give people the option of collecting and saving some money if they wanted to.

Please note that some of our products are manufactured to order. In light of this, delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks although the majority of items are 'off the shelf' and will arrive much sooner (usually within 2-5 days).

The carriers we use are a SELF TRACK SERVICE. This means that once you have been provided tracking information (if applicable), you must check the tracking details regularly for any delays. If your item is stuck or held, you must inform us or you will be liable for any return and re-postage charges.

Items that are custom will have an estimated delivery time within the product description. If for any reason we fall outside of this time, we will let you know beforehand.

We will aim to give you a realistic delivery estimate with any order that will be longer than 5 working days.
